Modern Facade Design

This exterior design project showcases a modern villa defined by clean lines, layered materials, and a confident architectural silhouette. The brief called for a timeless facade that balanced privacy with presence  creating an inviting, high-end street view while maintaining spatial clarity within.

Our approach combined 3D modeling, facade composition, and visualization, allowing the client to preview materials, lighting angles, and contrast relationships before any construction began. The integration of vertical wood slats, textured stone, and matte black framing added dimension, warmth, and sophistication.

Through shadow studies and environmental testing, we refined how the facade interacts with natural light throughout the day  ensuring it feels dynamic, sculptural, and cohesive from every angle.
