All Sales Are Final

We kindly ask that you carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications before placing your order. All items are made or selected to order, and as such, all sales are considered final once placed.


Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

Returns are only accepted if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective, or

  • Is significantly different from what was described on the product page

To request a return:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or quantity by the customer

  • Products that show signs of wear or use

  • Change-of-mind or style preference

  • Final Sale or marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout


Refunds (If Approved)

If your return is approved:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly. We may offer:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

  • A store credit, at our discretion


Gifts

Items received as gifts are not eligible for cash refunds. If approved, we may offer store credit or a replacement.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information at checkout

  • Return shipping costs, if a return is approved

  • Securely packaging the item for return to avoid damage in transit

We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
